Frequently asked questions

I was a member of the old app. What do I need to do?
Nothing complicated. The new app takes over from the old one, and existing members will receive a personal login link by email shortly after launch. Tap it and you are straight in, with no need to register or set up a new account.
Why has the app changed?
We have rebuilt the app to bring all our venues together in one place, with a simpler way to earn points, redeem vouchers and unlock rewards as you go. It is a better experience built around how our members actually use it.
What happens to my existing points?
Your points carry across to the new app. Open the app after you log in to see your new balance.
Do I still get a birthday voucher?
Yes. As a thank you, all existing members start on our Loyalty level, which includes a $30 birthday voucher. To keep your Loyalty status beyond the first year, simply keep enjoying our venues across the 12 months.
Do I have to spend anything to use my birthday voucher?
Check the terms shown with the voucher in the app, as conditions can vary. Any minimum spend or details will be clearly noted there.
How long are vouchers valid for?
Vouchers are valid for 30 days from the date they are issued, and each voucher is single use. You will always see the expiry date in the app.
How do I reach the higher levels?
Your level is based on how much you spend across our venues over a rolling 12-month period. The more you enjoy across the year, the higher the level you reach, and the greater the rewards.
Once I reach a higher level, do I stay there?
Your level reflects your spend over the previous 12 months, so to hold a level you keep enjoying our venues across the year. If your spend eases off, your level adjusts at your anniversary, and you can always work your way back up.
How do I earn and redeem rewards?
You earn points automatically when you spend at our venues. When you have enough, redeem them for vouchers in the app, then use those vouchers at any of our venues.
Is it free to join?
Yes, the app is free to download and free to join.
